Waste Recycling Repairs
We have undertaken many repairs for major demolition, plant hire and recycling companies around the north west for a number of years now and stay loyal to our clients as we grow as a company.
We have also been the key component in Designing, Supplying and fully fabricating New picking stations for recycling plants across the North West - our initiative and working with "recycled" materials has helped clients save tens of thousands of pounds not only with the initial build but with the ease of picking and sorting waste.
DISTRICT HEATING
Pre Insulated District Heating Networks
As a strict code of practice all Sitex welders are coded Class 1 certified and work to BS EN ISO 9606-1, BS-EN-287, ASME IX for Arc welding (MMA) and Gas Welding, our team hold CSCS/Skill Card, SSSTS, Confined Space and other necessary site safety and handling certification.
All our welders take pride in each and every weld, each weld is marked and 100% visual inspection carried out and recorded. This procedure is carried out regardless of specification.
Depending on the client/ project our welds are frequently tested by NDT, MPI, Phased array and X-ray.
